8-hour Hazmat General Site Worker Refresher (29 CFR 1910.120)

Duration: 8-hr

This annual refresher course satisfies the requirements for the HAZWOPER 24-hour and the 40-hour Hazmat General Site Worker recertification.

We will tailor the class content and skills review to meet your company’s individual needs, giving the employer the opportunity to choose training options most applicable to their employees.

Target Audience: Industry

Prerequisite: Must have completed the initial HAZWOPER 24-hour Hazmat General Site Worker or the 40-hour Hazmat General Site Worker course and obtained 8-hours of Hazmat annual refresher training to maintain current certification

Annual refresher training is required to maintain certification

Course meets the following training requirements:

  • 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(8), 29 CFR 1910.120(p)(7)(i)
  • 29 CFR 1926.65(e)(8), 29 CFR 1926.65(p)(7)(i), or 29 CFR 1926.65(q)(8)

    Note: It is recommended that each employee enrolled in this class is currently monitored under your company’s medical surveillance and respiratory programs (as applicable). In view of HIPAA laws, we do not ask for medical records.
